Silver Swan is currently seeking an experienced and dedicated Housekeeper to join a high-end villa operation in the heart of Provence from April or end of May 2026. Working across a collection of luxury properties, you will ensure each villa is maintained to impeccable 5-star hospitality standards. This is a hands-on, detail-driven role requiring high levels of discretion, consistency, and professionalism. This is a rare opportunity to work in one of the most prestigious villa collections in France. Responsibilities:

  • Complete villa maintenance: daily cleaning of bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, living spaces, and entertainment areas to luxury standards.
  • Changeover management: full departure and arrival cleaning, restocking of amenities, and presentation of villas for guests.
  • Specialized cleaning: maintain spa facilities, pools, terraces, wine cellars, and cinema/game rooms.
  • Laundry services: handle guest and villa laundry with precision and care.
  • Kitchen duties: deep-clean professional-grade appliances, cookware, and food prep areas.
  • Guest service: maintain invisibility, discretion, and professional presentation at all times.
  • Team collaboration: communicate and report through CONNECTEAM app; support team-wide initiatives and training.
  • Multi-site operations: work across eight properties with coordinated scheduling and transportation support.

Ideal candidate:

  • Must hold an EU passport or the Right to work in France.
  • Minimum 2 years in luxury residential, villa, or hospitality housekeeping; professional kitchen cleaning a plus.
  • Meticulous attention to detail, physical stamina, independence, and strong time management.
  • Service-oriented, discrete, adaptable, and team-focused.
  • Comfortable using smartphone apps for reporting and scheduling.
  • Driving license preferred.

Package:

  • Contract type: Seasonal (CDD) or Permanent (CDI) under French HCR agreement.
  • Salary: €2,000 /month gross + 13th-month bonus.
  • Bonuses: integration bonus €50–100/week during training; seasonal increase up to +25% hourly rate in peak months; changeover bonuses €12–€35 per villa; monthly performance bonus up to €100; end-of-season bonus €1,500–€2,500.
  • Other benefits: tip sharing, mileage reimbursement, training sessions, internal growth opportunities, full French social security coverage and mutuelle, housing to be discussed depending on availability, annual profit-sharing scheme (from 2025): €500–€1,500+.
  • Start date: April or end of May 2026.

Work Experience Requirements:
