2nd Stewardess / Head of Housekeeping 60m+

A fantastic opportunity to join a well-run 60m+ private single-season vessel in a senior interior position with clear progression to Chief Stewardess within the year. This is an ideal role for a strong all-rounder ready to take on leadership responsibility while continuing to develop.

The role:

  • Lead the housekeeping department while supporting overall interior operations
  • Maintain exceptional standards across housekeeping, laundry, and service
  • Assist the Chief Stewardess with administration, planning, and team management
  • Private single-season program with a structured schedule
  • Start date: 16 March

What we're looking for:

  • Minimum 3+ years' yachting experience on 55m+ vessels
  • Well-rounded experience across service, housekeeping, and laundry
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Confident, proactive, and ready to step into a senior support role
  • Positive team player with leadership potential

  • Salary: €4,500 rising to €5,000 after successful 90-day probation

Work Experience Requirements:

All applicants must have previous experience in working on a Yacht.

Language Requirements:

Good knowledge of the English language is required.

Certificates and Qualifications:

All applicants must hold a valid ENG1 certificate to be able to apply for this position.

A valid STCW Basic Safety Training certificate is required from all applicants. Please sign up for an STCW course and obtain the certificate if you don't have it yet.
