CHIEF STEWARDESS 80M+

A lovely opportunity to join an 80m+ private vessel as it moves into a new and positive phase onboard. With a kind, engaged owner and a transitioning interior team, this role suits a calm, confident Chief Stewardess who enjoys nurturing teams, setting clear standards, and creating a supportive onboard environment.

The role:

  • Oversee all interior operations, ensuring smooth day-to-day running and consistent standards
  • Guide and support the interior team through a period of change with a steady, approachable leadership style
  • Help shape a positive team culture while maintaining high service and housekeeping standards
  • Work closely with an owner who is onboard more frequently, bringing a professional and adaptable approach
  • Private programme supported by long-standing Heads of Department who provide stability and continuity
  • Start date: Mid May

What we're looking for:

  • Experienced Chief Stewardess who has served on a 70m+ vessel
  • Strong organisational skills and a thoughtful, people-focused leadership approach
  • Calm, professional, and emotionally intelligent in owner-facing situations
  • Positive, motivating presence who leads with clarity and kindness
  • Valid B1/B2 visa preferred

Work Experience Requirements:

All applicants must have previous experience in working on a Yacht.

Language Requirements:

Good knowledge of the English language is required.

Certificates and Qualifications:

All applicants must hold a valid ENG1 certificate to be able to apply for this position.

A valid STCW Basic Safety Training certificate is required from all applicants. Please sign up for an STCW course and obtain the certificate if you don't have it yet.
