Female Executive Housekeeper – Qatar

We are working with a VVIP client on a highly confidential and unique hospitality project based in a beautiful part of the Middle East. We are seeking an exceptional Female Executive Housekeeper to oversee all housekeeping operations, ensuring immaculate presentation, flawless service standards, and absolute discretion throughout the property.

This is a rare opportunity to join an exclusive, newly established project and play a pivotal role within a team of 80, setting and maintaining world-class 5* standards from the outset. The successful candidate will lead the housekeeping department with precision, professionalism, and a strong eye for detail. All shortlisted candidates will be required to sign a strict NDA.

Interviews will be conducted in person, with travel expenses reimbursed. The anticipated start date is May. You MUST hold an EU passport. We can only consider female applicants for cultural reasons. We can’t consider candidates with previous Middle East experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, manage and inspire the housekeeping team to deliver exceptional luxury standards
• Establish and implement housekeeping policies, procedures and quality benchmarks
• Conduct regular inspections of guest suites, public areas and back-of-house spaces
• Ensure all areas are maintained to impeccable 5* resort standards
• Coordinate closely with senior management regarding VVIP guest requirements and special requests
• Manage housekeeping budgets, cost control and procurement of supplies
• Oversee inventory management of linens, uniforms and cleaning materials
• Implement structured training programmes to uphold international luxury service standards
• Ensure compliance with health, hygiene and safety regulations
• Address and resolve housekeeping-related matters promptly and discreetly
• Maintain absolute confidentiality and professionalism at all times
• Contribute to the overall guest experience strategy in collaboration with senior leadership

Ideal Candidate

• Female EU passport holder (essential)
• 8–15 years’ experience within luxury hospitality, with at least 3 years in a senior housekeeping leadership role
• Previous experience within internationally recognised 5* resorts such as The One & Only, Four Seasons, St Regis or Six Senses is essential
• Must not have previously worked in the Middle East
• Proven experience managing large housekeeping teams in high-end environments
• Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills
• Strong leadership and team development abilities
• Financially astute with experience managing departmental budgets
• Impeccable presentation and communication skills
• Available to commence in May

• Salary: 22,000 – 26,000 QAR net per month (approximately $6,000 – $7,000 net per month)
