Female Waitress – Qatar

We are working with a VVIP client on a highly confidential and unique hospitality project based in a beautiful part of the Middle East. We are seeking a team of exceptional Female Waitresses to deliver refined, attentive dining service to VIP and high-profile guests, ensuring every interaction reflects impeccable 5* standards.

This is a rare opportunity to join an exclusive, newly established project and become part of a professional team of 80 delivering world-class hospitality. The successful candidate will provide seamless food and beverage service, uphold the highest standards of presentation and etiquette, and maintain absolute discretion at all times. All shortlisted candidates will be required to sign a strict NDA.

Interviews will be conducted in person, with travel expenses reimbursed. The anticipated start date is May. You MUST hold an EU passport. We can only consider female applicants for cultural reasons. We can’t consider candidates with previous Middle East experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and attend to guests in a warm, polished and professional manner
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and deliver them promptly
• Present menus confidently and provide informed recommendations
• Ensure impeccable table set-up, cleanliness and presentation in line with luxury standards
• Coordinate closely with kitchen, bar and service teams to ensure seamless delivery
• Handle VIP requests and dietary requirements with discretion and efficiency
• Serve food and beverages in accordance with fine dining etiquette and service protocols
• Assist with private dining, special events and exclusive functions
• Maintain thorough knowledge of menus, ingredients and seasonal offerings
• Follow all health, hygiene and safety regulations
• Uphold immaculate grooming and presentation standards
• Maintain strict confidentiality at all times

Ideal Candidate

• Female EU passport holder (essential)
• 2–5 years’ experience within fine dining or luxury hospitality environments
• Previous experience within internationally recognised 5* resorts such as The One & Only, Four Seasons, St Regis or Six Senses is essential
• Must not have previously worked in the Middle East
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong understanding of luxury dining etiquette and VIP protocols
• Impeccable grooming and professional presentation
• Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure
• Multilingual abilities are advantageous
• Available to commence in May

• Working schedule: 6 days a week

• Salary: 15,000 – 17,000 QAR net per month (approximately $4,000 – $4,600 net per month)
