We are working with a VVIP client on a highly confidential and unique hospitality project based in a beautiful part of the Middle East. We are seeking an exceptional Guest Experience Manager to oversee and elevate every aspect of the guest journey, ensuring seamless, personalised service delivered to the highest international 5* standards.
This is a rare opportunity to join an exclusive, newly established project and play a key leadership role within a team of 80. The successful candidate will be responsible for anticipating the needs of high-profile and VVIP guests, maintaining impeccable standards, and cultivating a culture of excellence across all guest-facing departments. All shortlisted candidates will be required to sign a strict NDA.
Interviews will be conducted in person, with travel expenses reimbursed. The anticipated start date is May. You MUST hold an EU passport. We can only consider female applicants for cultural reasons. We can’t consider candidates with previous Middle East experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the complete guest journey from pre-arrival through to post-departure
- Lead Guest Relations and Front Office teams to deliver highly personalised service
- Manage VVIP, high-profile and confidential guest requests with absolute discretion
- Monitor guest feedback and implement service enhancements to maintain exceptional satisfaction levels
- Coordinate closely with Housekeeping, F&B, Concierge and senior management to ensure seamless service delivery
- Develop and maintain detailed guest profiles to anticipate preferences and expectations
- Resolve complaints or special situations promptly in line with luxury service standards
- Organise private functions, bespoke experiences and exclusive guest programmes
- Implement training programmes focused on etiquette, cultural awareness and luxury service
- Maintain strict confidentiality in all guest interactions
- Support senior leadership in refining the overall guest experience strategy
- Uphold international 5* resort standards at all times
Ideal Candidate
- Female EU passport holder (essential)
- 8–15 years’ experience within luxury hospitality, with at least 3 years in guest relations or guest experience management
- Previous experience within internationally recognised 5* resorts such as The One & Only, Four Seasons, St Regis or Six Senses is essential
- Must not have previously worked in the Middle East
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities
- Highly discreet with refined presentation and cultural awareness
- Proficient in hotel management systems and reporting tools
- Financially aware with an understanding of operational budgets
- Available to commence in May

- Salary: 18,000 – 22,000 QAR net per month (approximately $5,000 – $6,000 net per month)

Work Experience Requirements:
All applicants must have previous experience in working on a Yacht.
Language Requirements:
Good knowledge of the English language is required.
Certificates and Qualifications:
A valid STCW Basic Safety Training certificate is required from all applicants. Please sign up for an STCW course and obtain the certificate if you don't have it yet.
