Villa Couple (Chef/Maintenance & Host) – Paxos

Silver Swan is currently working with a UHNW client to recruit a mature and experienced Villa Couple to manage and maintain a beautiful 6-bedroom private villa. The property is occupied seasonally, with the family residing in the villa for approximately three weeks in spring and three weeks in autumn. The villa is rented over the summer.

The principals are looking for a trustworthy, hands-on pair who can independently run the household to an impeccable standard, ensuring the villa is fully prepared for occupancy.

The villa includes a tennis court, swimming pool and staff apartment. Accommodation is provided in a spacious, self-contained one-bedroom apartment on the ground floor, complete with a living room, bathroom and kitchen. The role is offered on a six-month (May–October) basis.

Please Note: Candidates must hold an EU passport/Right to work in Greece prior to applying as, unfortunately, we do not offer visa sponsorship. If you do not hold an EU passport/ Right to work in Greece upon applying, your application will NOT be considered.

Responsibilities:

• Managing the overall upkeep and smooth running of the 6-bedroom villa
• Providing high-quality housekeeping, including cleaning, laundry and ironing
• Preparing fresh, well-balanced meals during periods of residence
• Ensuring the property is fully prepared ahead of each family visit
• Maintaining excellent presentation standards across all interior spaces
• Overseeing garden maintenance and general outdoor upkeep
• Maintaining the tennis court and surrounding grounds
• Monitoring and maintaining the swimming pool
• Carrying out minor repairs and general handyman duties
• Acting as caretakers during unoccupied periods, ensuring security and regular property checks

Ideal Candidate:

• European couple with valid EU passports
• Fluent English speakers
• Previous experience working together in a private household, Estate or Yacht
• Strong cooking skills with the ability to prepare varied, home-style meals
• Excellent housekeeping standards with attention to detail
• Practical maintenance and gardening experience
• Highly trustworthy, discreet and self-sufficient
• Comfortable working independently

Package:

• Working schedule: 6 days a week during occupied periods
• Accommodation provided – self-contained one-bedroom apartment
• Salary: €6,000 net per month (combined)
• Start date: May 2026
