Housekeeper/Nanny - Dubai

We are working with a European family based in the Jumeirah Islands, Dubai, to assist in the recruitment of a full-time Housekeeper/Nanny. The family reside in a beautiful five-bedroom villa and is seeking a professional, hands-on candidate to work as part of an established household team, ensuring the home is maintained to an exceptional standard whilst providing attentive care to two children aged 4 and 12.

The Housekeeper/Nanny will work under the daily supervision of the Head Butler and Family Manager, alongside a team comprising a Head Butler, Nanny, Chef, Housekeeper and another Housekeeper/Nanny. The role requires a calm, organised and discreet individual who aligns with the family’s values of privacy, respect and maintaining a peaceful home environment.

The position is based in Dubai, with international travel required throughout the year, including extended travel during the summer months. Candidates must already be based in Dubai and hold a passport permitting visa-free travel to the Schengen area. Russian-speaking candidates are preferred but not essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform thorough daily housekeeping, including cleaning, mopping, dusting and laundry care
• Follow established household procedures and checklists to ensure consistently high standards
• Report maintenance issues or damages promptly to the Head Butler or Family Manager
• Manage consumable stock levels and household supplies
• Assist with packing and unpacking for family travel
• Run errands and fulfil ad hoc household requests as directed
• Provide attentive care to the children, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times
• Escort children to school, activities and appointments as required
• Support daily routines, including feeding, dressing and general supervision
• Engage the children in age-appropriate recreational activities
• Assist with light meal preparation when required
• Support pet care, indoor plant care and light outdoor housekeeping duties
• Adhere strictly to household privacy, health, safety and security protocols
• Travel internationally with the family as required

Ideal Candidate

• Previous experience in a private household as a Housekeeper/Nanny
• Confident working within a structured team environment under senior supervision
• Experienced in caring for young children within a private home
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail
• Calm, discreet and respectful of household privacy
• Flexible and adaptable with a positive, proactive attitude
• Comfortable travelling internationally for extended periods
• Russian speaking advantageous but not essential
• Based in Dubai with a passport allowing visa-free Schengen travel

Package

• Working schedule: 6 days per week, 8 hours per day (plus 1-hour lunch break)
• Visa and health insurance provided
• 25 working days of annual leave
• Live-out position
• Annual flight allowance: AED 3,000 (after one year of service)
• Salary: AED 18,000 – AED 20,000 per month (DOE)
