Captain – 45m New Build + 15m Chase Boat

We are seeking a permanent Captain to run a 15m chase boat delivering Summer 2026, and later take over the 45m new build delivering Summer 2027. Both vessels are privately registered, and used strictly as day boats by the owner and family (no charter).

The role begins with taking delivery of the chase boat and operating it with a deckhand for the summer in the South of France. During the winter, the Captain will relocate to Italy to oversee the final build stages of the 45m. Once delivered, the Captain will act as Fleet Captain, managing both vessels and building the core crew for the 45m (Captain, Mate, Engineer, Deckhand + seasonal crew).

This program has minimal usage but requires commitment and steady presence onboard. The owner is not looking for charter‑focused Captains expecting tips. Strong private‑yacht experience, owner‑communication skills, and the ability to run a low‑intensity, day‑use program are essential.
