We are working with a world-renowned independent Ferrari specialist to help them hire a full-time Client Experience Host for their Head Office in rural Berkshire. This is a truly unique opportunity for a polished hospitality professional to become the face of a highly respected luxury automotive brand, delivering exceptional service to UHNW collectors and enthusiasts from around the world.
Based at their Head Office – a beautifully designed members’-club style environment – you will act as a warm and confident front-of-house presence, ensuring every client visit, event and interaction feels seamless, personal and memorable. From welcoming collectors of a £15m classic Ferrari to setting up artisanal pizza lunches in the workshop for multi-generational family visits, this role blends refinement with creativity and energy.
You will also travel regularly to international car shows, rallies and activations, supporting client hosting at prestigious events such as Goodwood and overseas concours. No two days are the same — this is a hands-on, dynamic role suited to someone who thrives in fast-moving, high-end environments.
This role would suit someone with 5* hospitality experience looking for a Monday - Friday position. Experience as a Personal Assistant would be highly advantageous.

- Act as the primary front-of-house host, delivering warm, polished and intuitive service to all visiting clients
- Prepare for visitors to Head Office, ensuring impeccable presentation across all client-facing areas

- Manage hospitality stock control, including rotation of beverages and supplies
- Coordinate pastries, fresh fruit and refreshments for meetings and client visits
- Support international events and car shows, travelling with technical teams to deliver seamless client hosting
- Create memorable “surprise and delight” moments for clients and their families
- Oversee uniform stock and presentation standards across the wider team
- Assist with travel bookings and logistics for staff and visiting clients alongside the administrative team
- Manage daily post, incoming calls and general enquiries with efficiency and professionalism
- Demonstrate initiative by identifying and resolving issues before being asked
Ideal Candidate
- Background in 5* hospitality, yachting, private members’ clubs, aviation or luxury events
- Confident, articulate and experienced working with UHNW individuals
- Naturally proactive with exceptional attention to detail
- Strong character with the ability to lead by example and maintain standards
- Highly organised and adaptable, thriving in a fast-paced environment
- Well presented with a warm and engaging personality
- Practical and hands-on, happy to assist wherever required
- Excellent service skills, including formal table setting and polished presentation
- Strong common sense and initiative, with a “notice before being told” mindset
- An appreciation for classic cars and automotive culture would be advantageous
- You must be comfortable driving and/or being driven in high-performance cars
