Senior Service Stewardess — 120m+ private motor yacht.

We are seeking a Senior Service Stewardess to join a 120m+ private motor yacht in a leadership role within the service department.

Key responsibilities:

  • Assist the Head of Service with the daily running of the department.
  • Lead and support the service team and provide training and guidance to maintain high service standards.
  • Cover for the Head of Service when required.
  • Ensure guests and owner receive the highest standard of service.
  • Monitor guest areas, manage stock lists, and report defects.
  • Support the Interior Manager when required.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years' experience on 70m+ yachts.
  • Strong leadership and management skills within a service department.
  • Knowledge of housekeeping, crew mess, and laundry operations.
  • Valid ENG1 and STCW Basic (minimum 1 year remaining).
  • PDSD Security Certificate and Crowd Management.
  • No visible tattoos.
  • Additional service, butler, mixology, wine, or hospitality-related courses are beneficial.

What’s on offer:

  • Salary: DOE.
  • Rotation: 3:1.5 (12 weeks on; 6 weeks off, 121 days annually).
  • Three return flights per year.
  • Training allowance.

Starting ASAP.

Work Experience Requirements:

All applicants must have previous experience in working on a Yacht.

Language Requirements:

Good knowledge of the English language is required.

Certificates and Qualifications:

All applicants must hold a valid ENG1 certificate to be able to apply for this position.

A valid STCW Basic Safety Training certificate is required from all applicants. Please sign up for an STCW course and obtain the certificate if you don't have it yet.
