Rotational Chief Stewardess for a busy 55m private dual-season vessel on a 2:2 rotation. The yacht operates Mediterranean summers and Caribbean winters; it is family-orientated with a warm, professional environment and a well-established program.

• Oversee all interior operations, leading an interior team of four.
• Maintain high standards across service, housekeeping, administration, and guest experience.
• Manage inventories, provisioning, budgets, and interior planning.
• Work closely with the captain and heads of department to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Private dual-season program with Mediterranean summers and Caribbean winters.
• Start date: end of February.
• B1/B2 visa preferred.

Requirements: Proven longevity in the yachting industry; minimum two years' experience as Chief Stewardess on 45m+ vessels; strong organisational and leadership skills with a hands-on management style; warm, approachable demeanour suited to a family-orientated program; previous experience working with children strongly preferred; professional, calm, and confident in owner-facing situations.
