Lead Deckhand – 100m new build

We are seeking a Lead Deckhand to join a 100m new build, launching in July 2026. This is a private dual-season programme, with summers in the Mediterranean and winters likely in the United States/Caribbean. This is an exciting opportunity to join a brand-new yacht with exceptional standards and finish.

What we're looking for:

  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in the industry
  • Previous Lead Deckhand experience strongly preferred
  • Proven experience on larger vessels required (90m+ highly advantageous)
  • Yachtmaster Offshore preferred
  • Confident tender driver with strong boat-handling and seamanship skills
  • B1/B2 visa preferred, though not essential

Work Experience Requirements:

All applicants must have previous experience in working on a Yacht.

Language Requirements:

Good knowledge of the English language is required.

Certificates and Qualifications:

All applicants must hold a valid ENG1 certificate to be able to apply for this position.

A valid STCW Basic Safety Training certificate is required from all applicants. Please sign up for an STCW course and obtain the certificate if you don't have it yet.
