We have a great opportunity for a Bosun to join a 75m private/charter program operating between the Mediterranean and Caribbean. This vessel is known for excellent crew culture, fair leadership, and a genuine commitment to training and long-term development.

Program:

  • Private/charter program with a dual-season Mediterranean/Caribbean itinerary
  • Joining a well-established, supportive team with clear standards and structured progression pathways

What we're looking for:

  • Proven Bosun experience on 50m+ yachts, or a strong Lead Deckhand ready to step up
  • Yachtmaster Offshore in hand
  • Someone who values longevity, communication, and a collaborative crew environment
  • Male candidates only due to cabin arrangements

Work Experience Requirements:

All applicants must have previous experience in working on a Yacht.

Language Requirements:

Good knowledge of the English language is required.

Certificates and Qualifications:

All applicants must hold a valid ENG1 certificate to be able to apply for this position.

A valid STCW Basic Safety Training certificate is required from all applicants. Please sign up for an STCW course and obtain the certificate if you don't have it yet.
