We have a great opportunity for a certified Dive Instructor or Divemaster to join a 75m private/charter yacht operating between the Mediterranean and the Caribbean. The vessel is known for excellent crew culture, fair leadership, and a commitment to training and long-term development.

The role combines deckhand and dive responsibilities covering exterior operations, maintenance, watersports, guest activities, and diving operations. This is a private/charter program with a dual-season Mediterranean/Caribbean itinerary. Joining a well-established, supportive team with clear standards and structured progression pathways.

Details and requirements:

  • Dual Deckhand and Dive role: exterior maintenance, tender and watersports operations, guest-facing duties, and dive operations
  • Minimum one year of experience on similar-sized yachts
  • Dive Instructor qualification preferred; Divemaster considered
  • Strong deck skills, proactive team attitude, and confident in guest-facing operations during private use and charters
  • B1/B2 visa required
  • Male candidates only due to cabin arrangements
  • Start date: 1st March

Work Experience Requirements:

Certificates and Qualifications:

All applicants must hold a valid ENG1 certificate to be able to apply for this position.

A valid STCW Basic Safety Training certificate is required from all applicants. Please sign up for an STCW course and obtain the certificate if you don't have it yet.
