Tender Engineer – Private Fleet of Tender
Start: 15 February 2026
Location: Europe - Middle East
Package: Salary in Euro - 114 days of leave

Experience and attributes required:

  • Servicing and maintenance of inboard and outboard engines
  • Knowledge of stern drive and Hamilton Jet drive propulsion
  • Knowledge of Volvo, Mercury and Cummins engines
  • Knowledge of Whisper, Fischer Panda and Cummins Onan generators
  • Fault finding on mechanical and electrical systems
  • Knowledge of AC and DC electrical systems
  • Data recording of engine hours and servicing
  • Call outs and breakdown response with little time to prepare
  • Use of TM Master (PMS - Planned Maintenance Systems)

Qualifications required:

  • Power Boat Level 2 (advantageous)
  • Electrical qualification (advantageous)
  • Engineering NVQ/Diploma/Degree or equivalent
  • AEC 1 and 2
  • STCW updated
  • Seafarer medical certificate
  • Seaman discharge book

Work Experience Requirements:

All applicants must have previous experience in working on a Yacht or a Cruise Ship.

Language Requirements:

Good knowledge of the English language is required.

Certificates and Qualifications:

A valid STCW Basic Safety Training certificate is required from all applicants. Please sign up for an STCW course and obtain the certificate if you don't have it yet.
