Live-Out Nanny – London

Silver Swan is working with a warm and informal HNW family based in North West London to hire a full-time live-out nanny. The role involves caring for three young children – two boys aged 8 and a girl aged 3 – within a relaxed yet well-organised household where both parents work from home.

This is a hands-on, long-term position suited to a native English-speaking nanny who is playful, flexible, and confident managing children of mixed ages. The mother works part-time and will handle some school and nursery drop-offs and pick-ups, collaborating with the nanny. A housekeeper is employed from early mornings, allowing the nanny to focus on childcare duties only.

The family travels a few times per year. The successful candidate must be happy to travel with the family when required.

Responsibilities:

• Provide attentive, age-appropriate care for three children
• Manage the daily routine, including mornings and evenings
• Assist with nursery and school pick-ups as required
• Organise stimulating activities, playdates, and outings
• Support homework and encourage learning through play
• Prepare and cook healthy meals for the children
• Manage children’s laundry and keep bedrooms and play areas tidy
• Tidy up after lunch and evening routines
• Take the children to the playground and outdoor activities
• Read with the children and support their development
• Travel with the family during holidays when required

Package:

• Working schedule: Monday to Thursday, 7:30 am – 7:00/7:15 pm
• Salary: £60,000 gross per annum
