About this role

SEASONAL CHIEF OFFICER – 37M PRIVATE M/Y

We are recruiting a seasonal Chief Officer for a busy 37m private motor yacht. This is a hands-on role suited to a confident and experienced chief officer with some engineering skills. The vessel runs with a professional crew and an active summer schedule.

Package: Salary in Euros, leave included

We are looking for someone with:

  • Must have at least 3 years as Chief Officer on a 30m yacht
  • Confidence managing a busy deck operation (80% Deck / 20% Engine department)

Qualifications required:

  • Master 200gt minimum / 500gt preferred
  • AEC 1/2
  • Seafarer’s Medical Certificate (fully updated)
  • STCW (Fully updated)

Only candidates meeting the listed criteria will be considered.

Work Experience Requirements:

All applicants must have previous experience in working on a Yacht or a Cruise Ship.

Language Requirements:

Good knowledge of the English language is required.

Certificates and Qualifications:

A valid STCW Basic Safety Training certificate is required from all applicants. Please sign up for an STCW course and obtain the certificate if you don't have it yet.
