Yacht Charter Broker – Dubai

We are currently working with a growing international yachting company to recruit an experienced Yacht Charter Broker to join their expanding team, based in Dubai. This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially driven broker to work within a fast-paced, luxury environment, managing high-value charters and building long-term client relationships.

This is a full-time, hybrid role, offering a mix of office-based and remote working, with flexibility to work from other locations across Europe and the UK.

The Role

As a Yacht Charter Broker, you will be responsible for managing the full charter lifecycle, from initial enquiry through to successful delivery. You will act as a trusted advisor to clients, offering expert guidance on yacht selection, itineraries, pricing and negotiations, while delivering a seamless, high-end service experience.

Key responsibilities:

  • Managing and securing yacht charter bookings
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with UHNW clients
  • Consulting on yacht availability, destinations, and itineraries
  • Negotiating contracts and charter terms
  • Liaising with yacht owners, managers, captains, and operational teams
  • Ensuring exceptional service and client satisfaction at every stage
  • Using Yotfolio to manage listings, availability, client enquiries, and charter processes

The ideal candidate:

  • Proven experience within yacht charter brokerage
  • Previous experience working with Yotfolio is essential
  • Strong knowledge of the superyacht / marine industry
  • Excellent negotiation and sales skills
  • Highly client-focused with a strong service mindset
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building abilities
  • Proactive, commercially driven, and solutions-oriented
  • Comfortable working in a hybrid environment
  • Background in luxury services or hospitality is advantageous
  • Fluency in English essential; additional languages are a strong plus

Location Dubai – Hybrid working model, with flexibility across Europe and the UK

Salary and package based on experience.

Work Experience Requirements:

All applicants must have previous experience in working on a Yacht or a Cruise Ship.

Language Requirements:

Good knowledge of the English language is required.

Certificates and Qualifications:

All applicants must hold a valid ENG1 certificate to be able to apply for this position.

A valid STCW Basic Safety Training certificate is required from all applicants. Please sign up for an STCW course and obtain the certificate if you don't have it yet.
