We are seeking an experienced Chief Stew for a busy, dual-season private/charter program. The yacht is currently in the yard in Europe and is heading into a strong charter-focused year, so this role will suit someone who thrives in a fast-paced, charter environment.

  • 65m+ dual-season private/charter program
  • Home berths: Miami + Monaco
  • Lead the interior team of 5
  • Charter will be a major push this season (multiple contracts already signed)
  • Start date: early March (flexible)

What we’re looking for:

  • Minimum 1 year as Chief Stew on 50m+
  • Strong charter experience and confident managing fast-paced trips
  • Excellent presentation and high standards across service, housekeeping & laundry
  • Calm, organised leader with a hands-on approach

What’s on offer:

  • Salary: €6,000 per month
  • Rotation: 2:2
  • Tips split evenly throughout crew

Work Experience Requirements:

All applicants must have previous experience in working on a Yacht.

Language Requirements:

Good knowledge of the English language is required.

Certificates and Qualifications:

All applicants must hold a valid ENG1 certificate to be able to apply for this position.

A valid STCW Basic Safety Training certificate is required from all applicants. Please sign up for an STCW course and obtain the certificate if you don't have it yet.
