JMS are looking for Deckhand/Engineer

  • 50m Motor Yacht
  • Private/Charter
  • Med based
  • Salary 4000 euro

  • EU Passport beneficial

The candidate will report to the Chief Engineer and assist on deck. Required tickets: 2nd Engineer AEC1 & 2 with a minimum of one year’s yachting experience preferred. The role involves a 50/50 split between engine room and deck. Strong tender driving skills are required. This role will be permanent if both parties are happy after a three-month probation. There will be a brief shipyard period in France for winter. Candidates should be located in the EU or UK.

Work Experience Requirements:

All applicants must have previous experience in working on a Yacht.

Language Requirements:

Good knowledge of the English language is required.

Certificates and Qualifications:

A valid STCW Basic Safety Training certificate is required from all applicants. Please sign up for an STCW course and obtain the certificate if you don't have it yet.
