Deckhand – Private – 65m+ Support Vessel

Hill Robinson presents an opportunity to join a highly desirable 65m+ support vessel operating a busy dual-season itinerary on a private programme.

Start date: 1 April 2026

Experience and attributes required:

  • Minimum 1 season as a Deckhand on 50m+
  • Proficient tender driver
  • Team player with a positive can-do attitude
  • Good communication skills and strong work ethic

Qualifications required:

  • Seafarer’s Medical Certificate (valid for a minimum of 6 months)
  • STCW (fully updated)
  • Seaman’s Discharge Book (preferred)
  • Powerboat Level 2 (Yachtmaster preferred)
  • B1/B2 visa (bonus - not mandatory)
  • HDA/HLO (bonus - not mandatory)

Must be willing to undergo extensive background checks and a pre-employment drug test.

Professional appearance; non-smoker; no visible tattoos.

Work Experience Requirements:

All applicants must have previous experience in working on a Yacht or a Cruise Ship.

Language Requirements:

Good knowledge of the English language is required.

Certificates and Qualifications:

A valid STCW Basic Safety Training certificate is required from all applicants. Please sign up for an STCW course and obtain the certificate if you don't have it yet.
