Wilsonhalligan are looking for a Yacht Operations Manager to look after the management of a Private Superyacht.

The ideal candidate will:

  • Have over 10 years of experience in the superyacht industry as a Captain or Chief Officer on 80m+ vessels
  • Report directly to the owner and family office
  • Lead and support cross-functional teams
  • Manage budgets, monitor expenses and collaborate with finance on forecasting and reporting

Work Experience Requirements:

All applicants must have previous experience in working on a Yacht.

Language Requirements:

Good knowledge of the English language is required.

Certificates and Qualifications:

A valid STCW Basic Safety Training certificate is required from all applicants. Please sign up for an STCW course and obtain the certificate if you don't have it yet.
