Chief Stew 60M Private Program 2:2

We are seeking a highly experienced Chief Steward/Stewardess for a private 60M motor yacht with an exceptional program and a strong culture of long-term crew retention. This is a well-established vessel with significant longevity among senior crew, and as such, candidates without a proven history of long-term placements will not be considered.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Minimum of 10 years’ yachting experience
• Previous Chief Stew experience on yachts 55M+
• Demonstrated ability to be a strong, inspiring leader with excellent team management skills
• High-level service standards and a professional, polished approach

The winter season is based in Florida and the Caribbean, and the summer season cruising New England. The interior team consists of a Chief Stew, Second Stew, and three experienced Stews, offering a solid and supportive structure. The starting salary is in the USD $7,000–$8,000 range, DOE, with a stable, long-term program for the right candidate.
