We are seeking an experienced and driven Chief Stewardess to join an 80m 2025 build operating a growing private/charter program. This is a busy, hands-on role for someone confident leading a team, maintaining high standards, and supporting a charter-focused operation as it continues to build momentum.

The role:

• Private/charter program - charter focused
• Manage and lead an interior team of 7 (moving to 8 in future)
• High standards across service, housekeeping, and overall guest experience
• Busy days onboard, suited to someone who enjoys a fast-paced program
• Itinerary includes crossing to Europe and an active summer charter period

What we're looking for:

• Proven Chief Stew experience on 65m+ vessels
• Strong charter background and ability to lead under pressure
• Confident trainer with a structured approach to team management
• High attention to detail and strong service standards
• Excellent organisation and planning skills
• Strong knowledge and confidence around wine service (important onboard)
• Calm, practical, and solutions-focused leadership style
• Positive, team-oriented personality
