About this role

Rotational Interior Manager – Private 100m+ Passenger Vessel

This is a passenger vessel that runs privately under high-profile yachting standards and is part of a large operation.

Start date: March 24th 2026
Location: Middle East / Europe
Package: Salary in Euros – leave 176 paid days (2/2) – Single cabin

Experience and attributes required:
– Minimum of 8 years maritime experience including minimum 3 years’ experience as Chief Stewardess/Hotel Manager on 100m+ yacht or cruise ship including Housekeeping and Service experience
– Excellent communication and organisational skills
– Experience in managing and leading a large multi-national team
– Able to quickly adapt to change and manage under pressure

Qualifications required:
– STCW (fully updated) with PDSD
– Crowd Management
– Crisis management & Human Behaviour
– Seafarer’s Medical Certificate valid for at least 6 months
– Seaman’s Discharge Book

Work Experience Requirements:

All applicants must have previous experience in working on a Yacht or a Cruise Ship.

Language Requirements:

Good knowledge of the English language is required.

Certificates and Qualifications:

A valid STCW Basic Safety Training certificate is required from all applicants. Please sign up for an STCW course and obtain the certificate if you don't have it yet.
