Temporary Chalet Couple (Chef & Host) - Klosters

Silver Swan is currently working with a high-profile returning client to recruit an experienced temporary Chalet Couple (Chef & Host) for a stunning, privately-owned chalet in Klosters, Switzerland. The chalet is used both privately and rented to UHNW guests, and the successful couple will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations and delivering exceptional service to a group of 8 adults and 3 children.

This is a short-term booking from 12th February until 21st February, suited to a polished, hands-on couple with previous luxury chalet experience who can seamlessly manage both the culinary and hosting aspects of the role to the highest standard.

The chalet is fully staffed on a couple basis, and the role requires close collaboration between Chef and Host to ensure smooth operations, impeccable presentation, and a warm yet professional guest experience throughout the stay.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing the day-to-day operations of the chalet
• Preparing fresh, healthy meals for the family and guests
• Creating fine dining experiences for formal events
• Providing housekeeping and service for the family and guests
• Delivering a high standard of table service and guest care
• Driving family and guests to and from the ski slopes
• Coordinating daily schedules and guest requirements
• Maintaining immaculate presentation of all guest areas
• Ensuring all guests receive a five-star hospitality experience
• Working collaboratively as a couple to anticipate and meet guests’ needs

Ideal Candidate

• Must hold an EU/UK passport or have the right to work in Switzerland (no visa sponsorship available)
• Must be self-employed
• Proven previous chalet couple experience within a luxury setting
• Chef with formal culinary training and a passion for fine dining and healthy cuisine
• Host experienced in housekeeping, service, and supporting the Chef
• Friendly, down-to-earth, and adaptable to guests’ preferences
• Confident driver, comfortable driving in snowy and alpine conditions
• Professional, discreet, and guest-focused at all times

• Working schedule: As required for the booking
• Live-in accommodation: One-bedroom studio within the chalet
• Meals on shift provided

• Salary: €5,000 net for the booking
