Lead Deckhand for a 90m motor yacht with a dual-season Mediterranean/Caribbean programme. Currently based in the Caribbean. Start date: 5 February.

Role overview:

  • Private and light charter programme with a dual-season Med/Caribbean itinerary.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2–3 years' experience on 50m+ motor yachts
  • Yachtmaster required (Yacht Rating a bonus)
  • Strong tender driving experience
  • PDSD
  • B1/B2 and Schengen visa required
  • Additional skills/qualifications a bonus (e.g. carpentry, water sports instructor)
  • Active, fit, and health-focused individual

What’s on offer:

  • Salary: 3600 Euros (DOE)
  • 90 days leave per year (60 + 30)
  • Two return flights

Work Experience Requirements:

All applicants must have previous experience in working on a Yacht.

Language Requirements:

Good knowledge of the English language is required.

Certificates and Qualifications:

All applicants must hold a valid ENG1 certificate to be able to apply for this position.

A valid STCW Basic Safety Training certificate is required from all applicants. Please sign up for an STCW course and obtain the certificate if you don't have it yet.
