Instructor for No-License-Needed Boat

About the Role

Are you looking for a unique summer job by the sea? Join Notos Mare as an Instructor for our No-License-Needed boats. This role suits someone who enjoys working outdoors, wants to learn about boating, and helps others safely experience the beauty of Crete from the water. A valid boat license is required, but no prior instructional experience is needed—just a positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver boats to customers and provide hands-on instruction
• Teach guests with no prior boating experience how to operate small boats safely
• Explain safety protocols and ensure guests understand emergency procedures
• Provide clear area explanations, including local highlights and navigational tips
• Conduct pre-departure safety checks and ensure boats are properly equipped
• Offer friendly, patient support and answer guest questions
• Represent Notos Mare’s commitment to safety, service, and the guest experience

What We Offer

• 10 days of paid training (instructional experience not required)
• Accommodation provided for the duration of the contract
• Monthly salary: €1,000–€1,900 (based on experience/skills)
