European Personal Assistant - Dubai

We are working with a European family based near Jumeirah Beach in Dubai to help them hire an experienced, full-time Female Personal Assistant. This is a busy, hands-on role supporting the day-to-day personal and administrative needs of the Principals and their two children within a fully staffed household environment.

The successful candidate will be based at the family residence Monday to Friday and will work closely with the wider household team of approximately 10 staff. This role suits a highly organised, discreet PA who is accustomed to supporting principals in a fast-paced family setting and can manage multiple priorities with ease.

The position requires flexibility, including occasional evenings, weekends, and regular travel with the family. An EU or UK passport is essential to allow for international travel at short notice.

Key Responsibilities

• Providing comprehensive personal and administrative support to the Principals
• Managing complex diaries, appointments, and family schedules
• Acting as a key point of contact between the family and household staff
• Coordinating travel arrangements, itineraries, and logistics
• Assisting with school-related administration and children’s schedules
• Liaising with external contacts, service providers, and advisors
• Overseeing personal projects and ad-hoc requests as required
• Managing confidential documents and correspondence
• Supporting household organisation alongside the House Manager
• Anticipating the needs of the family and ensuring smooth daily operations
• Travelling with the family when required
• Maintaining discretion and confidentiality at all times

Ideal Candidate

• Proven experience as a PA within a private family or UHNW household
• Female as requested by the client
• Comfortable working in a busy, fully staffed household environment
• Highly organised with excellent time management skills
• Flexible and adaptable approach to working hours
• Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills
• EU or UK passport essential for travel
• Calm, professional, and solutions-focused mindset
• Able to work autonomously and take initiative

Package

• Working schedule: Monday – Friday, with flexibility (approx. 50 hours per week). Based at the residence.
• Live-out position
• Visa and health insurance provided
• Travel expenses covered when travelling with the family
• Salary: 25,000 – 30,000 AED net per month
