Deckhand - US Citizen or Green Card Holder

MUST BE A US CITIZEN OR GREEN CARD HOLDER

Seeking an experienced Deckhand with great attitude and strong work ethic. Vessel is 50m, private and based in Fort Lauderdale with trips to the Bahamas.

Vessel would ideally like a deckhand who is strong enough to promote into Bosun role within a year or so of joining.

This vessel offers a great work/life balance and would allow someone with accommodations to go home at night and on weekends.

Requirements:

• U.S. citizen or permanent resident.
• STCW.
• ENG-1.
• Discharge book.
• Small powerboat/ribmaster or RYA powerboat level II.
• Male.

Compensation package:

• Monthly salary $4,000.
• Annual bonus. Christmas bonus.
• Salary reviews annually in May.
• Healthcare.
• 38 days paid leave.
• Days off in lieu at captain's discretion.
• Training time and funding after one year of service.
