Rotational Interior Manager 100m+

We are seeking an experienced Interior Manager to join a 100m+ dual-season private/charter yacht with a heavy charter program and exceptional standards.

The role:

  • Dual-season Mediterranean/Caribbean private/charter program
  • Heavy charter schedule with excellent tip potential
  • Rotational Interior Manager position, working back-to-back with an established IM (approx. 2 years)
  • Start date: end of April 2026

What we're looking for:

  • Proven Interior Manager experience on 100m+ (non-negotiable)
  • Flexible, adaptable, and able to operate in a fast-paced charter environment
  • Strong leadership ability with proven experience managing large interior teams
  • Advanced leadership course beneficial
  • Excellent references and proven longevity (minimum 18 months on previous vessels)

Work Experience Requirements:

All applicants must have previous experience in working on a Yacht.

Language Requirements:

Good knowledge of the English language is required.

Certificates and Qualifications:

All applicants must hold a valid ENG1 certificate to be able to apply for this position.

A valid STCW Basic Safety Training certificate is required from all applicants. Please sign up for an STCW course and obtain the certificate if you don't have it yet.
