The Company

Responsible for the management and administration of the personal assets of a dynamic Brisbane-based family. These assets cover significant financial investments and a vast portfolio of real property aligned with the family’s long-term strategy to drive constructive and sustainable impact across the environment, economy and society.

The Role

Report directly to the Principals and manage a portfolio of seven property assets spanning suburban Brisbane, Sunshine Coast Hinterland and coastal Noosa. Liaise with staff, contractors and external stakeholders to ensure each property is impeccably presented and available as required, either for paid guests or for the family’s use.

Recruit and manage a team including cleaners and gardeners who will work across the properties. Work to a budget, implement staff scheduling to maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation, and ensure extensive gardens are impeccably kept. Regular travel between Brisbane and the Sunshine Coast is required to oversee the team and delivery of outcomes.

About You

Exceptional management and interpersonal skills with a respectful communication style reflecting the family. Proactive, hands-on when required, and experienced in structuring and directing hospitality teams to achieve sustainable excellence. Able to absorb changing schedules while delivering outstanding hospitality outcomes. A self-starter who thrives in an autonomous environment, maintains documentation digitally, and upholds discretion and privacy.

Your Background and Qualities

• Extensive hospitality experience, preferably in 5-star settings
• Experience leading teams on a superyacht, private jet, or commercial residential setting is advantageous
• At least 4 years’ experience managing staff
• Ability to identify required actions and contribute individually to tasks
• Strong eye for detail, presentation, integrity and loyalty

This is a live ashore position. The ideal candidate will be based in the Brisbane to Sunshine Coast region and able to travel between properties as required. A vehicle is provided or travel costs are reimbursed. Candidates open to relocation will be considered but established regional candidates are preferred.

Salary: Excellent salary, in line with mid- to high-level candidates with experience (discussed during recruitment).
