Live-In Nanny - Dubai

Silver Swan is currently working with a UHNW family based in Dubai, to help them hire an experienced live-in nanny to care for their two young daughters aged 4 months and 20 months. This is a long-term role within a private villa environment, supporting hands-on parents who are seeking a highly professional, reassuring and confident childcare specialist.

This is the first time the family have employed a nanny, therefore they are keen to meet a candidate who can build trust through discretion, consistency and a calm, confident approach. The role requires excellent judgement, emotional intelligence and a genuine passion for early years childcare.

This is a sole-charge position during working hours, with the primary focus on the children. Light household support will be required when the children are sleeping. There is no night work, as the children sleep in their parents’ room. Some travel with the family may be required.

Key Responsibilities

• Providing attentive, age-appropriate care for two young children
• Supporting early development through structured play and daily routines
• Maintaining a safe, calm and nurturing environment at all times
• Establishing and following routines in line with parental preferences
• Preparing bottles and supporting feeding and weaning as required
• Managing nap schedules and daytime settling routines
• Keeping children’s bedrooms, play areas and belongings organised and tidy
• Undertaking light household duties when the children are sleeping
• Supporting the family during outings, appointments and activities
• Travelling with the family when required
• Maintaining absolute discretion and professionalism at all times

Ideal Candidate

• Extensive experience working as a nanny with infants and toddlers
• Calm, confident and emotionally intelligent approach
• Fluent English speaker
• Comfortable working with hands-on, detail-oriented parents
• Flexible, patient and adaptable attitude
• Warm, caring and genuinely child-focused
• Professional presentation with excellent references

Package

• Working schedule: 6 days a week (8am–6pm / 7pm)
• Visa and health insurance provided
• Live-in accommodation – own bedroom and bathroom
• Salary: 10,000 – 15,000 AED net per month (depending on experience)
