Lead Deckhand – 85m Charter Yacht (Single Season)
We are seeking an experienced Lead Deckhand to join an 85m charter yacht for a single Mediterranean season, with an ASAP start.

The yacht is currently gearing up for a busy Med season, so we are looking for a motivated, hands-on lead deckhand who is confident working in a senior deck role on large yachts and thrives in a fast-paced charter environment.

Salary: €4,000 per month
Leave: 44 days paid leave
Requirements:

Proven experience in rank as Lead Deckhand
Previous experience on 60m+ yachts essential
Strong leadership and organisational skills
Charter experience preferred but not essential
Professional, proactive attitude and strong work ethic
This is a great opportunity for an experienced lead deckhand to step onto a large, busy charter yacht in time for the Med season.
