Deckhand for a 75m private/light charter yacht offering an active programme with excellent sea time.

  • Full deckhand position supporting all exterior operations, maintenance, and guest activities.
  • Private/light charter programme with family and friends usage.
  • Start date: ASAP.
  • Upcoming itinerary includes the Caribbean, US, Mexico and the South Pacific.

What we're looking for:

  • Minimum 1–2 years' experience in the yachting industry.
  • Yachtmaster beneficial but not essential.
  • B1/B2 visa required.
  • Male candidates only due to cabin arrangements.

What's on offer:

  • Salary: 3,200–4,000 USD.
  • 60 days leave per year.
  • Two return flights per year.
  • World-cruising itinerary across the Caribbean, US, Mexico, and South Pacific.
  • Light charter programme.

Work Experience Requirements:

All applicants must have previous experience in working on a Yacht.

Language Requirements:

Good knowledge of the English language is required.

Certificates and Qualifications:

All applicants must hold a valid ENG1 certificate to be able to apply for this position.

A valid STCW Basic Safety Training certificate is required from all applicants. Please sign up for an STCW course and obtain the certificate if you don't have it yet.
