We are seeking a motivated and reliable Bosun/Lead Deckhand to join a private 47-meter motor yacht. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on crew member looking to build experience on a professionally run vessel with a supportive team and respectful environment.

The yacht is based in Athens, Greece and sailing is mostly around the Greek islands.

Permanent contract with paid leave is preferred.

Candidates with basic engineering skills who can assist the Chief Engineer will be prefered.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Lead Deckhand on yachts (ideally 40m+)
  • Basic mechanical knowledge and willingness to learn
  • Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and team-player mindset
  • Ability to follow procedures and work safely at all times

Work Experience Requirements:

All applicants must have previous experience in working on yachts matching the following requirements:

  • Experience length:  min 2 years

Language Requirements:

Good knowledge of the English language is required.
