Deckhand position on a 65m+ private/charter motor yacht currently in yard, redelivering in May. This is a dynamic, fast-paced program with an easy-going, fitness-focused crew and family-oriented owners who love adventure.

The role:

  • Full deckhand position covering all exterior operations, maintenance, and guest activities
  • Private/charter program with a fast-paced, varied itinerary
  • Joining the vessel in the yard ahead of redelivery to learn the setup and systems, then transitioning straight into operational cruising
  • Likely Mediterranean season following yard period
  • Start date: 10th February

What we're looking for:

  • Minimum 1 year of yacht experience
  • All-round deck skills and confidence supporting guest-facing operations
  • Yachtmaster or Yacht Rating preferred but not essential
  • Fit, proactive, and adaptable team player
  • B1/B2 visa - essential

Work Experience Requirements:

All applicants must have previous experience in working on a Yacht.

Language Requirements:

Good knowledge of the English language is required.

Certificates and Qualifications:

All applicants must hold a valid ENG1 certificate to be able to apply for this position.

A valid STCW Basic Safety Training certificate is required from all applicants. Please sign up for an STCW course and obtain the certificate if you don't have it yet.
