Rotational Captain Needed for 120m+ Private Motor Yacht

We are seeking a highly experienced Captain to command a 120m+ private motor yacht operating worldwide for UHNW principals. The successful candidate will be responsible for the highest standards of safety, vessel operations, crew leadership, and owner satisfaction.

Requirements:

Proven experience as Captain on large private motor yachts (80m+)
Valid Master Unlimited license
Extensive knowledge of international maritime regulations, ISM, and compliance
Strong leadership, crew management, and mentoring skills
Experience managing large crews and complex yacht operations
Ability to plan and execute worldwide itineraries and adapt to last-minute changes
High level of discretion, confidentiality, and professionalism when working with UHNW principals
Experience liaising directly with owners, representatives, and family offices
Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages an advantage)
Flexibility to work irregular hours and extended cruising periods
Valid passport and availability to travel worldwide at short notice
Excellent, verifiable references from comparable vessels

Package:

Monthly salary: USD 28,000 (Rotation: 1 month on / 1 month off – paid during both on and off periods)
