Rotational Chief Steward/ess Needed for 120m+ Private Motor Yacht

We are seeking a highly experienced Chief Steward/ess to join a 120m+ private motor yacht, operating worldwide for UHNW principals. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional onboard service standards, leading the interior team, and ensuring a flawless guest experience at all times.

Requirements:

Proven experience as Chief Steward/ess on large private motor yachts (80m+)
Extensive knowledge of luxury service standards, silver service, and fine dining
Strong leadership skills with experience managing, training, and motivating interior teams
Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to adapt to last-minute requests, changing itineraries, and owner preferences
High level of discretion, confidentiality, and professionalism when working with UHNW principals
Experience liaising directly with owners, guests, Captain, and senior officers
Strong housekeeping, wardrobe management, and inventory control skills
Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages an advantage)
Flexibility to work irregular hours, weekends, and extended cruising periods
Valid passport and availability to travel worldwide at short notice
Excellent, verifiable references from comparable vessels

Package:

Monthly salary: USD 12,000 (Rotation: 1 month on / 1 month off – paid during both on and off periods)
