Rotational Yacht Purser Needed for 120m+ Private Motor Yacht

Rotational Yacht Purser needed for a 120m+ private motor yacht operating worldwide for UHNW principals. The Purser will oversee administrative, financial and compliance functions onboard, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations with professionalism and discretion.

Requirements:

Proven experience as Yacht Purser on large private motor yachts (80m+)
Strong knowledge of yacht administration, accounting, payroll and budgeting
Experience handling crew documentation, visas, contracts and travel logistics
Solid understanding of ISM, MLC, flag state and port state compliance
Ability to manage financial reporting, expenses and confidential records
High level of discretion, confidentiality, and attention to detail
Strong organisational and time-management skills
Experience liaising with Captain, HODs, owners' representatives and management companies
Excellent communication skills in English; additional languages an advantage
Flexibility to work irregular hours, adapt to last-minute operational changes and availability to travel worldwide at short notice
Valid passport and excellent, verifiable references from comparable vessels

Package:

Monthly salary: USD 15,000 (Rotation: 1 month on / 1 month off – paid during both on and off periods)
