First Mate required

46m Feadship

Privately owned

The boat is currently in the Caribbean and will return to the Med in the spring.

Requirements:

  • OOW license preferred, or very close to completion
  • Proven experience in a similar role on yachts of similar size
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to lead the deck team by example
  • Self-motivated with a proactive attitude
  • Fluent English speaker (first language)
  • Male candidates only due to cabin arrangements (MLC compliance)

Package:

  • Competitive salary up €7000
  • 60 days leave per annum
