Female House Manager - Dubai

We have an exciting new opportunity for an experienced female House Manager to join a family who have just moved to a new large villa on The Palm. This is a very busy household with 3 young children and a team of 20 staff, and we are therefore looking for candidates with very strong management skills to run this busy household to 5* standards.

This is a live-out position and we are only considering candidates based in Dubai. You will report directly to the Principal and be responsible for upholding the highest standards of discretion, professionalism, and service.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate all daily household operations
• Manage, train, and motivate a team of 15–20 staff, ensuring consistent performance and professionalism
• Liaise with the Principal to understand household priorities and special requests
• Maintain household budgets and oversee procurement and supplier contracts
• Coordinate maintenance, repairs, and property management services
• Ensure the residence is always maintained to the highest aesthetic and cleanliness standards
• Plan and oversee formal and informal events within the residence
• Manage staff schedules, payroll, and performance evaluations
• Maintain detailed household manuals and standard operating procedures
• Ensure security and safety protocols are upheld at all times
• Oversee inventory, stock control, and purchasing for household supplies
• Liaise discreetly with external service providers and contractors

Ideal Candidate

• Female candidate (as requested by the Principal)
• Proven experience as a House Manager in a UHNW private household – minimum 5 years' experience
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and organisational skills
• Strong understanding of luxury service standards and household protocol
• Financially astute with experience managing household budgets and reporting
• Highly discreet, professional, and able to anticipate the Principal’s needs
• Confident in managing a large, multicultural team
• Based in Dubai already

Package

• Working schedule: 5 days a week, 10 hrs per day
• Visa and health insurance provided
• Annual holiday allowance
• Salary: 25,000 – 30,000 AED net per month
