A very high profile 74m private MY is searching for an experienced Bosun to join their program for an immediate start in the Caribbean. The Bosun will run a team of 4 deckhands and should have sufficient tender captain skills. The vessel operates a 43' chase tender that often runs with a stand-alone captain. After the Caribbean season the vessel will cross back to Europe for the summer.

The Ideal Candidate • Yachtmaster / master 200gt minimum • Previous Bosun experience on vessels 50m+ • Longevity on previous yachts • Effective management style (non-aggressive) • Excellent tender driving skills • Looking to progress to OOW • Water sports experience • Available for an immediate start • STCW / Seafarer Medical
