Captain opportunity aboard Private 55m+ M/Y with a base on the East Coast of Australia

Calling out for an experienced Superyacht Captain to join this vessel in a permanent role with a home base in Australia.

Only candidates with the legal right to work in Australia will be considered.

Start date: Mid January 2026
Package: Attractive salary, paid in AUD
Itinerary: South Pacific cruising around Australia and beyond

Experience/Skills required:
Minimum 3-4 years' experience as Captain on Superyachts 45m+
Excellent crew management experience
Strong ISM and bridge management experience
Exceptional navigational and ship handling skills with experience in worldwide cruising
Excellent communicator with owners, management and crew
Professional appearance and enthusiastic approach to career

Qualifications required:
Master 3000
STCW (fully updated) with PDSD
Seafarer's Medical Certificate (with 6 months' validity)
Discharge Book
