Package: Salary in Euro – 176 days of leave

Experience and attributes required:

• Minimum of 8 years’ yachting experience with minimum of 2 years’ as Chief Stewardess on 3,000 GT+ yacht.
• Experience in leading a large (minimum 12 crew) multi-cultural team.
• Good refit experience, including planning, budgeting, and executing refit works in the interior.
• Synchronised service experience and ability to teach crew.
• Used to handling multi-layered communication with guests, principals, owner’s representatives, captains, HODs and own team.
• Experience in competent inventory implementation and monitoring.
• Able to quickly adapt to change and remain calm but firm when required.
• Consistent approach to managing crew performance and expectations.
• Able to motivate themselves and others in an isolated environment and set an example with personal presentation.

• WSET Level 2
• Crisis & Crowd Management
• STCW updated
• Seafarer Medical Certificate
• Seaman Discharge Book
