Position Snapshot

• 3 months On/Off
• Up to $13,500 US / Month DOE

MYS Superyacht Crew is currently accepting candidates for a 46m S/Y operating in Southeast Asia. The yacht runs an extensive program in Indonesia, the Philippines, and the wider Pacific, often spending long periods away from port.

Candidate Requirements:
• Previous large sailing yacht experience essential.
• Active, adaptable, and intuitive, with the ability to operate effectively in remote cruising grounds.
• Comfortable working within a multinational crew environment.
• Strong technical and problem-solving skills.
• A hands-on, team-oriented approach.
• Master 500gt or greater

Any additional skills (such as diving, watersports, or refit experience) would add value to the programme.

Start: When Found / Available. Salary: Up to $13,500 US per month DOE. Rotation: 3 months on / off (longer rotation essential due to remote cruising schedule).
