DECKHAND 85M MY:

We are looking for a Deckhand to join an established 85m private/charter yacht with a dual-season Med/Caribbean program. This is a busy, well-run vessel seeking an enthusiastic, hands-on candidate who enjoys an active lifestyle and working as part of a professional deck team.

The role:

  • Start date: around the 5th January 2026
  • Private and light charter program with a dual-season Med/Caribbean itinerary
  • Currently based in the Caribbean

What we're looking for:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience on 50m+ motor yachts
  • Yachtmaster or Yacht Rating/Watch Rating ideal but not essential
  • Tender driving experience preferred
  • B1/B2 visa required
  • Additional skills/qualifications a bonus (e.g. Carpentry, Water Sports Instructor)
  • Active, fit, and health-focused individual

What's on offer:

  • Salary: 3000 Euros
  • 90 days leave per year
  • Two return flights

Work Experience Requirements:

All applicants must have previous experience in working on a Yacht.

Language Requirements:

Good knowledge of the English language is required.

Certificates and Qualifications:

All applicants must hold a valid ENG1 certificate to be able to apply for this position.

A valid STCW Basic Safety Training certificate is required from all applicants. Please sign up for an STCW course and obtain the certificate if you don't have it yet.
