Senior Housekeeper — 100m+ private motor yacht. A fantastic opportunity to join a well-run 100m+ private motor yacht with a strong training package and an engaged, supportive crew culture. This role is ideal for an experienced housekeeper ready to take ownership of a busy, high-standard department.

The role:

• Lead day-to-day housekeeping operations across guest and crew areas
• Manage inventories, schedules, and interior administration
• Support and mentor the housekeeping team to maintain consistent standards
• Private program with a stable itinerary and strong onboard structure
• Start: January

What we're looking for:

• Proven senior housekeeping experience on large yachts, or HOH experience on smaller vessels
• Excellent organisational and admin skills
• Strong eye for detail with the ability to uphold high standards consistently
• Positive, fun, and hardworking team player who leads by example
