We are working with a highly successful, fast-paced family based in New York, seeking a third experienced rotational nanny to join their growing team. This is a warm, loving household with three young children. This newly created rotational schedule offers consistency, teamwork, and the opportunity to earn exceptionally well through significant overtime. The family have a team of 3 nannies in total, 2 of which have been in their roles for a while and they are continuing to search for their 3rd nanny to complete the team.

This role is best suited to a proactive, highly experienced nanny who thrives in a busy household, has excellent time management, and is happy to take on a wide range of duties with a positive, can-do attitude. You must be comfortable with keeping busy with housekeeping and laundry associated with the children whilst they are at school.

This is a rotational role with 2 weeks on and 1 week off; however, flexibility is essential, particularly around school breaks when travel increases significantly.

  • Assist in the kitchen each morning, including preparing croissants and resetting the space after breakfast
  • Heavy travel during school breaks, rotated with the other nannies
  • Support the family at their secondary residence
  • Adapt quickly to routines and follow instructions carefully—excellent common sense and reliability are key

  • Strong background supporting multiple school-age children

  • French-speaking ability is highly advantageous
  • Experience in similar high-pressure environments preferred

Package

  • Complete benefits package including medical, vision, dental, and 401k match
  • Monthly MetroCard
  • $150 per overnight while travelling
